Master Service Technician

Barb's Service Department is looking for a Master Service Technician.  Must be able to repair, customize, maintain, or overhaul both customer and dealer owned motor vehicles as close to the allotted time schedule as possible with excellent quality.  Must be up to date on all Harley-Davidson University courses to the Master Service Technician level.  Must have at least 3 years experience at a Harley-Davidson Dealership working at the Master Technician educational level and work experience capacity.  We offer top compensation in the area for well qualified candidates. Rentals and Riding Academy Manager

Barb's is seeking a highly motivated, approachable, enthusiastic, organized, detailed oriented associate that is able to multitask and understands the value of reaching out to customers and building bonds. Duties include: scheduling all rentals and Riding Academy classes, coordinating maintenance schedules for motorcycles, handling weekly & monthly reporting, and develop initiatives to drive up rentals and Harley Academy Riding Class attendance. Ability to counsel out Riding Academy students or rental customers should the need arise. Must be able to move a heavy weight motorcycle up to 900 lbs. Must have a motorcycle endorsement / license. Must be computer literate. Must be able to work nights and weekends with a flexible schedule.
Hours are:
Sunday: 9 AM - 4 PM
Monday: 9 PM - 9 PM
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 11 AM - 8 PM
Thursday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM
Saturday: OFF

Lot Attendant

Barb's Service Department is looking for a Lot Attendant.  Duties include moving bikes around dealership and washing bikes.  Must be able to push a 900lb motorcycle.  Contact, or call 856-456-4141

Service & Sales Consultant / Writer
Duties include checking in guest vehicles, addressing problems and service needs, scheduling work, assigning jobs to service technicians and communicating job status to customer.  Duties also include submitting, editing, and tracking all warranty related claims to Harley-Davidson and/or other Warranty entities.  Superior communication and customer service skills are a must.  Contact, or call 856-456-4141
