"After riding my 2007 Leiman Sportster Trike I purchased from Barb's in 2008, it was time to move up to a touring trike. I saw the 2010 StreetGlide Red hot sunglow that Barb had on the showroom floor and immediately fell in love with the trike. after trading in the sporty trike and financing all in order, I rode the new streetglide home. The wife was shocked and after getting her to climb into the passenger seat the next day, I counldn't get her off the trike. guess I'll finally have the traveling companion I've always wanted to get into the wind with me after all.. "I am absolutely in love with my new 2010 Heritage Softail Classic Motorcycle that I baught at Barb's Harley Davidson in Mt Ephraim, NJ. My experience at Barb's was fantastic. I have been looking at Harley's for about a year and finally this year made a decision to buy one. For over a month I kept coming back to Barb's and dealing with Mark in sales. He is a gem. He never pressured me to buy and always had time for me even though I made several trips before buying. I took a test ride and then decided to rent the model I was interested in. The rental experience was great and all I needed was to decide on how to pay. A few weeks later Mark helped me work out a great deal on the bike and now I am riding again. I love my bike and on Monday am adding Vance and Hines pipes. I can't wait. The people in service have been terrific. I also want to specifically mention Deneen in Motorclothes. She was wonderful as well. I now have a new Harley helmet, rain gear and a wonderfully versatile leather jacket. I enjoyed so much my experience with Deneen and Mark. They are not the type of people who have thier heads up in the clouds, In fact they want to share thier experience with other Vets. They made it clear that they were for others and not their self. They treated us like we were the heros insted of them.We all sat and talked about our tour in vietnam and where we were there. SGM JON CAVAIANI awarded us with a challenge coin, it is beatuful and somthing i will keep at a high value in my life. We then received a METAL OF HONOR BOOK, that has pictures of the men who hold that honor and thier stories on what they did to receive this honor. Everthing was so great. They had food,soda,coffee, and beer. They then took us to the VIP BOOTH TO WATCH THE RACES, Where they severed us breakfast , lunch,and dinner. We all had a blast watching the races, in fact just being there was a blast. This is something we will remember forever thank you for making this a reality in our lives."

"First off, another GREAT job with the Armed Forces Freedom Ride yesterday. It was very very well organized from the very beginning at the dealership to the end at Fort Dix. Nice assortment of vendors/sponsers at the end. I wanted to buy a shirt yesterday but didn't have cash at the end (didn't look like you all were set up to take credit...) "After watching Barb's informercial decided to ride in and look around, I have been dreaming of owning a Harley for years. Barb's staff made the entire process enjoyable. Mark in sales not only helped me choose my first bike, but I never felt like he was selling it to me, more like helping me get my dream. Took me a couple of days to decide, Mark called to talk to me about the bike, not pressure me to buy it. Then after I purchased it, he called me the next day to ask me how the first ride went. Mark is a great guy and a true assest to Barb. Jay from finance is a great guy too, no stress involved at all with getting financing or doing the paperwork, it felt like a buddy was helping me out. From purchasing a helmet to accessories, the whole staff is friendly, make you feel like a part of the family. Your sales staff (Lisa & Gary) went out of their way and were able to tell me when a bike in my color would be available. "What an awesome experience! After 6 Honda's this was my first H.D. purchase. Barb's H.D. in West Collingswood Hts is a beautiful dealership where as soon as you walk in the door you are greeted and made to feel right at home. It is truly a first class act. The sales manager Vince and our salesperson Lisa were outstanding. They went above and beyond and were very friendly and informative. "My wife and I drove from upstate NY to Barb's to look at a 2006 Softail Deluxe (six hours, left at 3AM). The bike was better than described. We bought the bike the same day we looked at it. My wife wanted some accessories installed and that was done while we waited. We ordered saddlebags because they were not in stock. They were sent by Barb's via UPS within one week. "I bought a 2009 FLHTC on the 20th of July, From the salesman John Gange to the receptionist Terry, Jay in finance all treated me with respect. Actually it was probably the most comfortable purchase I ever made. "When the "ride fever" hit after years of not riding, I bought a 2005 Sportster from a dealer in Pennsylvania. When I taught my wife to ride, she caught the "ride fever." She wanted my Sportster and told me to go buy a new Sportster, which I happily did at the Pennsylvania dealer. After a month she wanted a bigger bike. I was on my way back to the Pennsylvania dealer when a friend said Barb's was closer and really family like. They were right. Seth sold my wife a red 09 Rocker-C but after a month she asked me to trade my new Sporster in for a 09 V-Rod Muscle for her and I take the Rocker-C. Seth made it all happen but I was most impressed with Ed in service/parts. After getting Vance & Hines pipes for my Rocker-C and a custom paint job and custom seat for her V-Rod Muscle my wife tried to order Noz for the V-Rod!#%#*!? I could not talk sense into her but Ed was quite honest and up front with us and she relented. Ed has provided a wealth of professional information on motorcycles, parts and service. My wife calls him our private Harley consultant. For now we are a happy two bike family but after visiting Barb's frequently, my wife is suggesting that we also get one touring bike for longer trips together. Stay tuned. Finally, I could go on about the many safe, fun filled events and rides sponsored by Barb's that bring people together but that would take up to much space. "

"Barb I am in shock and awe at my recent purchase of my absoloutely beautiful 09 Softail Deluxe.I can't tell you how many times and at how many events I have attended at your place that I have walked the floor and oogled all the gorgeous bikes. I loved my 06 Sportster 1200 but always had my heart set on a bigger bike. ""THANKS FOR THE SECOND CHANCE!" After loosing my job 3 years ago and going through difficult times it was hard to keep my credit in good standing. Had to give up all of my toys including my 96 FLSTF, "family comes first". Then I landed a new job and have been focused on restoring my credit. I figured it was time to get back on a bike. However I found that was easier said then done. After visiting a few local dealers I was told my credit was not strong enough yet to support a motorcycle loan. "LAST WEEK I PURCHASED A DYNA SUPERGLIDE CUSTOM. THE BIKE IS VERY NICE,BUT A LITTLE MORE THEN I WANTED TO SPEND. SO I WAS JUST ABOUT TO WALK OUT BUT ONE OF YOUR SALESMAN STARTED TALKING ABOUT THE BIKE. WELL WITH IN TWENTY MINUTES I LEFT A DEPOSIT,AND PICKED THE BIKE UP THREE DAYS LATER. THAT SALESMAN WAS BILL CUMMINGS. IF IT WAS NOT FOR BILL CUMMINGS I KNOW FOR SURE THAT I WAS NOT BUYING MY BIKE IN YOUR STORE. HE WAS ONE OF THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN I HAVE HADE THE PRIVILEGE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH. "

"Hello, WoW!! This was my first time participating in a bike ride of any sorts and it was absolutely fantastic. I can not believe all the great people I met while on this ride and the view of the people on the flight path was unreal. We were actually leaving the flight line on the way to Dix when I looked back and could see people still entering the first flight path!! I heard we stopped traffic for over 40 minutes with all the bikes in the ride! I can't wait for next year, and according to my friends at Barb's, we all raised over 50,000 for the charity!
